DIY Hot Wheels USB - Conexão frontal

Projeto de 2007, talvez o mais antigo já publicado aqui, criado pelo chrisdueck e publicado em seu blog http://chrisdueck.wordpress.com/2007/10/11/hot-wheels-flash-drive/. Embora sejam projetos distintos, é a mesma solução apresentada para o 69 Copo Corvette. Assim como no caso do Corvette, o chrisdueck utilizou um Dremel para o corte.

Encontrei por acaso no site da Amazon, este modelo da Zeeva Eletronics. Muitas empresas já lançaram seus pendrives temáticos, muitos deles em mini-carros, mas este é o primeiro que vejo com a marca Hotwheels. Pena que só ficou na marca, perderam a oportunidade de usar uma mini.

I was looking for a book, and found this announcement fom Zeeva Eletronics. Many companies have flash drives with different themes, some of then with minicars, but this is the first that I saw with the hot wheels mark.
What a pity they only used the mark, not the vehicles.

Interessante este projeto do site http://www.whamodyne.com, publicado no excelente http://www.instructables.com/id/Hot-Wheels-USB-Rechargeable-Flashlight/?ALLSTEPS. O cara fez um mix de lanterna recarregável e um Hotwheels Phantom Corsair 1938, moldelo lançado em 1999, e também com um Maisto dodge challenger srt 6.
